PUD 20 and PUD 30 are two-component polyurethane compounds to be used in constrained layer application. These high performance polymers has an optimized loss factor over a wide frequency and temperature range. The incorporation of one of these damping compounds will greatly reduce the levels of vibration and noise generated by the structure. The compounds can be used together, with steel or aluminium, etc.
PUD 20 and PUD 30 are approved according to European Union Council Marine Equipment Directive 96/98/EC. BV 0062 as well as US Cost Guard category 164.106
